Who you are agreeing with

The service is provided by Palina Shalak, NIP 7011157683, REGON 525975130, registered at [to be completed before publication]. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are heard by the courts of Poland.

Your account

You need a confirmed email address to use the service, and you are responsible for what happens under your account. An account belongs to an organisation, and everything you upload is scoped to that organisation — no other organisation can see it.

Plans and payment

Each plan includes an allowance of documents processed per period. The allowance is approximate by design: what a document costs to read depends on how many fillable places it has rather than on its length, and a complex scanned form can consume several times what a simple one does.

Processing pauses when an allowance is exhausted rather than silently charging you more.

No payment is taken at present: every account is on a free plan while billing is being set up. When paid plans begin, the price and the billing terms will be stated before anything is charged.

Changes to a plan's price or allowance

A price or an allowance can change, and how that happens is worth stating rather than leaving to be discovered.

• Nothing changes inside a period you have already paid for. The allowance you bought is the allowance you keep until that period ends.
• A change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will tell you at least 30 days before it does.
• If you do not want the new terms you can cancel before they take effect, and the period you have paid for runs out as agreed.
• Accounts opened during the early period keep the terms they signed up on. If a price rises later, it rises for new customers rather than for the people who were here first.

What you may not do

Some limits are worth stating plainly.

• Do not upload documents you have no right to process.
• Do not use the service to produce documents intended to deceive — forged identity documents, falsified statements, or anything presented as issued by an authority that did not issue it.
• Do not attempt to reach another organisation's data, or to interfere with the service for others.

Accuracy, and what it means for you

Extraction is performed by a language model and is not guaranteed to be correct. Values are presented for you to review, and the product marks them unverified until you confirm them.

You remain responsible for what you submit to any authority, employer or lender. Check a generated document before you file it.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a rejected application or a missed deadline. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why when we do.
