Which source documents are supported?

Identity documents (passports, national ID cards, driver's licenses), financial documents (bank statements, payslips, tax forms), proof of address (utility bills, lease agreements), and employment documents such as contracts and letters. Anything else can be processed as a generic document with custom fields.

How accurate is the extraction?

Machine-readable PDFs typically extract at very high confidence; scans and photos depend on image quality. Every field carries a confidence indicator and a link back to the exact source document, so you can verify anything before it lands in a bundle.

How long does the first bundle take?

Most users go from first upload to a generated bundle in under five minutes. Extraction runs in seconds per document; the rest is reviewing merged fields and picking the output templates you need.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, and nothing you have already created is deleted.

What exactly counts as "a document"?

One uploaded source file equals one document, regardless of page count up to 30 pages. Generated output documents do not count against your limit on paid plans.

Yearly billing saves 20% compared to paying monthly. You are billed once for twelve months and can still add seats mid-term.

How are my documents stored?

Documents are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256, stored in isolated per-account buckets, and accessible only to the members of your workspace.

Are my documents used to train models?

No. Your documents and extracted fields are never used to train models, ours or any third party's, and are never shared with other customers.

How long is data retained?

Everything stays until you delete it. Deleting a profile removes its source files and extracted fields immediately.

Are you GDPR compliant?

We act as a processor on your behalf and sign a DPA on request. There is no dedicated export or erasure tool — delete a profile yourself for immediate erasure, or email us for anything a self-service delete does not cover.

PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF. Scanned and photographed documents are OCR-processed automatically.
